I Swore I Wouldn’t Blog About Michael Jackson

Interesting:
The woman testified that whenever the 8-year-old boy stayed at Neverland he appeared to sleep in Jackson’s bed and that once she found him and the performer watching television in bed together, naked from the waist up.
I say it’s interesting not as voyeur but as a “lawyeur.” Where I come from we would say “shirtless” or “with no shirt on.” Most people I know (even the voyeurs) would definitely not say “naked from the waist up.”
But a prosecutor in a child molestation case might. So too might a witness coached by the prosecution.
Just a thought.
“Underneath my clothes I’m completely naked…”
