		<description>Couldn&#039;t Shuler and and Jones have at least pulled in representatives from other states?  This is terrible legislation for all the reasons you list, but at least pretend like this is a national concern rather than just a chance to impose (alleged) North Carolina preferences on everyone.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Shuler wasn&#039;t very good when he was the Redskins&#039; quarterback.  It appears he&#039;s seeking mediocrity in multiple fields.
