–Should a prison inmate be required to “prove he is Jewish” before he can demand kosher meals? (Via Religion Clause.)

–A Special Independence Day Question: “Which presidential candidate do you think would stand for freedom if they knew that losing the election meant the distinct possibility of death by public hanging?”

–Should unionized public school teachers be allowed to display signs calling for a new union contract (“Attract and Retain With a Fair Contract NOW!” and “Do the Right Thing”) in their classroom?

–Would the newly expanded “Publius Endures” blog Libertarian Supergroup ever have come into being without my Elite Eleven list catalyzing it?
